Canada: The Laurel Centre for Social Entrepreneurship was founded in 2007 after the success of their inaugural event, the Waterloo Conference on Social Entrepreneurship.

The Laurel Centre for Social Entrepreneurship was founded to bring individuals and organizations with a professional, business-minded discipline together with those who have a passion for social change.

Their MENTORSHIP program helps budding social entrepreneurs get the in-depth education and skills they need by pairing them with established leaders in their chosen fields.

Their CONFERENCES and LECTURE SERIES help to educate the community on the need for, and opportunities available to, today's social leaders.

They look forward to seeing you all out at their events, or taking part in their programs! They are currently seeking VOLUNTEERS, so if you would like to get involved please drop them a line.
